The space
-Upper Floor: (Sleeps 2 to 4) Large master bedroom with balcony, master bathroom with double sinks and walk-in closet, additional full bath, large dining area & living room, and French Doors that lead to a covered balcony with seating.
-Lower Floor: (Sleeps 7 in beds) 2 Large size bedrooms. One has a queen bed, full bath with shower, sitting room with hide-a-bed, kitchenette (microwave, refrigerator, sink) The 3rd bedroom is adjacent and has 2 full-size beds and a single bed. There is also access to the on-site laundry room either from the 3rd bedroom or the back of the house.
Home is in excellent condition and has public water, power as well as a backup generator and water tank in the unlikely event it's temporarily needed during your stay.

Beautiful memories
Words aren't enough to describe how perfect John's place was for our graduation trip! My friends and I were mesmerized by the stunning views from the balcony and terrace. We loved the private pool for us and how spacious and comfortable the house was, perfect for our group of 10. Every detail of the house felt welcoming and thoughtful. We also loved how close everything was: town, restaurants and beaches were just a short drive away. We made such beautiful memories here and will never forget this trip. Thank you for hosting us, we would love to come back someday!! :)

We loved the house and the pool
We loved the house and the pool. Had a great time with the family.
Some things to improve - lot of mosquitoes so definitely needs some kind of repellant.
Kitchen lacked containers and the oven in the main kitchen did not work well.
Host was very responsive and took care of the smaller issues while we were there.

Perfect
Can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb . From the views to the details , the location and more . If you are thinking about booking this Airbnb DO IT ! Pool is a perfect temperature and deep . They have life vests and floats and everything you would need for a perfect beach day . Coconut ice cream is a 5 minute walk and we definitely recommend going and walking by the beach .

We absolutely loved our stay here! Exactly as pictured and even bigger than we expected! 5 minute walk to the beach and to some great restaraunts!
Super short drive to rincon downtown or other cool beaches around for surfing or snorkeling! The balconies and rooftop were so nice at night and in the morning! Loved the outdoor shower and bathroom! Would absolutely recommend!

Our stay at this Rincón house was above our expectations. The house was in an excellent location walking distance from the beach and a close drive from downtown. Everything in the house clean and the pool was plus. You even does not need to leave the house to enjoy a nice stay!!!!

This is a wonderful place in a perfect spot at Rincon. You can walk to Steps Beach or walk to the Balneario, or walk to the town and restaurants or just spend the afternoon in the pool of this beautiful house with your friends and family. It is clean, good spaces, lots of bathrooms, kitchens, everything you need to enjoy with your family. I fully recommend the experience!

Great Host
Host made our stay very easy. House was very clean, awesome location and the extra plus the heated pool. We enjoy our stay at John’s property.
