John went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and easy as possible! We loved staying there and will be highly recommending it to anyone looking to stay in Grants Pass!
The spaces are lovely, well appointed, and the location is incredible. The best part is being right on the water (especially as the sun goes down).
Perfect accommodations for families. Plenty of space for kids to roam and play. Home came stocked with everything needed as if we were in our own home.
John’s house was awesome and extremely peaceful and comfortable. Being right on the river yet in the heart of it all was great.

From the moment we booked till the moment we checked out, John and the house have been exceptional. He was very flexible as my dad was in hospital and we were staying there for a week and didn’t know when we needed to leave. He worked with our schedule. The house is beautiful, uncomfortable appreciate the host immensely
It was a great place to stay! Everyone had their own bathroom, the gas stove was great to cook on. The Rogue River is always beautiful to watch. I would recommend this home!
This home was absolutely beautiful. It was quiet and waterfront and all details were thought through to make it a lovely getaway for our mini family retreat. Perfect for a group of six to have a sit down dinner in the dining room followed by movie night heated with a gorgeous fireplace. We can’t wait to visit again in the spring/summer to see more of the natural outdoor beauty beyond the enormous windows.

We had a great stay! This house is newly built and beautiful inside. Everything was pristine & it had everything we needed. The lot is large & it backs the the Rogue River. It was peaceful & quiet. The host, John, was very responsive & very accommodating :)
