We loved staying there

John went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and easy as possible! We loved staying there and will be highly recommending it to anyone looking to stay in Grants Pass!
The spaces are lovely, well appointed, and the location is incredible. The best part is being right on the water (especially as the sun goes down).

We had a great stay! The place was spotless, spacious, and in a perfect location — close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. Everything was just as described and we felt right at home. We’d definitely love to come back. Highly recommend!

Beautiful memories

Words aren't enough to describe how perfect John's place was for our graduation trip! My friends and I were mesmerized by the stunning views from the balcony and terrace. We loved the private pool for us and how spacious and comfortable the house was, perfect for our group of 10. Every detail of the house felt welcoming and thoughtful. We also loved how close everything was: town, restaurants and beaches were just a short drive away. We made such beautiful memories here and will never forget this trip. Thank you for hosting us, we would love to come back someday!! :)

We enjoyed our stay and loved the location.
Pros: location, rooftop area with a view, beach chairs, snorkel gear, and beach toys, and a short walk to the beach.
Cons: There was lots of hair on the bath towels from previous people. The bath towels are very thin and cheap. The house is stocked with the bare minimum of dishes, blankets, pillows, and towels. You can tell that everything is on the old and cheap end.
The most frustrating was the wifi. It worked fine downstairs but upstairs in the bedrooms it was spotty at best.

Great experience! Clean, comfortable place and close to points of interest in Rincon. The host answered promptly and was able to accommodate a last minute request. Will look to book this place again.

We loved the house and the pool

We loved the house and the pool. Had a great time with the family.
Some things to improve - lot of mosquitoes so definitely needs some kind of repellant.
Kitchen lacked containers and the oven in the main kitchen did not work well.
Host was very responsive and took care of the smaller issues while we were there.

We loved the quick access

Our family of 6 really enjoyed our stay. We loved the quick access to the beach and frolicked in the surf with families on the weekend. We rented a car and drove to La Parguera to dive two days - just an hour away. Coming back, we’d have a walk into Rincon to eat. Loved the Tacos! We arrived to a band and community gathering in the town square. The pool was awesome and there were toys and a nice table poolside. ACs were awesome and the tv was nice and big for viewing. This area has a cool vibe and we recommend staying at Casa Marina.

Perfect accommodations for families

Perfect accommodations for families. Plenty of space for kids to roam and play. Home came stocked with everything needed as if we were in our own home.

It was great place to stay

It was great place to stay. The only thing that I think should take in consideration, is to put a pool railing for security to get inside the pool. Other than that, great place to stay.

The house was beautiful!

The house was beautiful! We loved the pool, my nephews spent a lot of time swimming. Loved that we could walk to restaurants both near the beach and in town. Nice, private backyard and plenty of room for our party of 8. Would definitely recommend this location if you have a larger party and want to be near a good amount of stores/restaurants. Not far from Aguadilla airport either.

John’s place was perfect for a large group.

John’s place was perfect for a large group. Everything was clean and there was plenty of space. We enjoyed the roof top patio and the pool. We appreciated the beach chairs and beach towels available to use. His place is a minute walk from a beach and many restaurants are close by. John was very responsive and helpful.

John’s house was awesome and extremely peaceful and comfortable. Being right on the river yet in the heart of it all was great.

Perfect

Can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb . From the views to the details , the location and more . If you are thinking about booking this Airbnb DO IT ! Pool is a perfect temperature and deep . They have life vests and floats and everything you would need for a perfect beach day . Coconut ice cream is a 5 minute walk and we definitely recommend going and walking by the beach .

The house is perfect

This was our second time staying at John's place we absolutely love their home. The house is perfect, we love the backyard area. The palm trees, outdoor furniture and pool are amazing. The rooftop area is nice with beauiful views. The island had a power outage and thankfully the house had a generator. We didn't even notice at first that the power was out. The generator kicked right on. John was so awesome communicating with us, so kind and helpful. We highly recommend this house because they have everything you need. The location is great, walkable to the beach and restaurants.

The house is beautiful

From the moment we booked till the moment we checked out, John and the house have been exceptional. He was very flexible as my dad was in hospital and we were staying there for a week and didn’t know when we needed to leave. He worked with our schedule. The house is beautiful, uncomfortable appreciate the host immensely

We absolutely loved our stay here!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Exactly as pictured and even bigger than we expected! 5 minute walk to the beach and to some great restaraunts!
Super short drive to rincon downtown or other cool beaches around for surfing or snorkeling! The balconies and rooftop were so nice at night and in the morning! Loved the outdoor shower and bathroom! Would absolutely recommend!

Good!

We had the best time! Casa Marbella was awesome and exactly what we were looking for. Clean, spacious, accommodating, and steps away from Black Eagle beach. Will definitely be staying here again!

Great location!

House was just as advertised. Great location - short walk to Black Eagle beach, bars, restaurants and center of Rincón. Host was very communicative and allowed us to check in early. House was clean and well equipped. Pool area is awesome. Highly recommend this house.

It was a great place to stay!

It was a great place to stay! Everyone had their own bathroom, the gas stove was great to cook on. The Rogue River is always beautiful to watch. I would recommend this home!

Fantastic stay in Rincon! Great location to beach and food stops. House was perfect for our family of 7, pool was great when we didn’t feel like going to beach. Great evening grilling and hanging having drinks around pool and rooftop deck. Will definitely be back. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

Great house in a good location if you want to be close to great beaches and restaurants. Easy to find, but loud at night when people play loud music in their cars.

Great Stay!!

We had a great stay! This house is newly built and beautiful inside. Everything was pristine & it had everything we needed. The lot is large & it backs the the Rogue River. It was peaceful & quiet. The host, John, was very responsive & very accommodating :)

great stay at Casa Marina!

We had such a great stay at Casa Marina! John was a very helpful, responsive and resourceful host. The location was perfect as it was a stone throw away from the beach and restaurants. The house was beautiful, the pool and backyard space was a dream! We look forward to coming back with our large group and staying at Casa Marina again!

Beautiful fully equipped home.

We loved our stay at this beautiful fully equipped home. It had everything we needed and it was how it is seen. Conveniently located near lots of things to do for a calm and relaxing stay.

Excellent

I stayed back in 2018 for a bachelorette and had a blast with the girls. Now we booked for thanksgiving weekend and a great time with the family and kids. Only thing is a bit harsh is the 10am checkout considering we took trash out, clean dishes and towels in laundry room that is a bit to early and more so when you have kids

Nice stay!!!!

Our stay at this Rincón house was above our expectations. The house was in an excellent location walking distance from the beach and a close drive from downtown. Everything in the house clean and the pool was plus. You even does not need to leave the house to enjoy a nice stay!!!!

Great Communication!

Great Communication! The house is perfect for a large family. You have an entire pool for yourself and family. The beach is pretty close. The house is huge, clean and with a super cool rooftop with amazing ocean views. Definitely staying here again. Don’t think about this one twice!

Perfect for a weekend in the sun… comfortable, spacious

Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful place in a perfect spot at Rincon. You can walk to Steps Beach or walk to the Balneario, or walk to the town and restaurants or just spend the afternoon in the pool of this beautiful house with your friends and family. It is clean, good spaces, lots of bathrooms, kitchens, everything you need to enjoy with your family. I fully recommend the experience!

Host made our stay very easy. House was very clean, awesome location and the extra plus the heated pool. We enjoy our stay at John’s property.

Beautiful Property!!

This is a beautiful home with an awesome pool and walking distance to a fantastic coffee stand, ice-cream shop, henna/jewelry store, and beaches! We loved the pool and had a great time in this house. Excellent communication with the hosts, thanks again John!! Hope to be back soon!

Excellent property next to the beach. Enough rooms for big families and groups. Nice pool and easy check in and check out process.

Awesome stay!

Awesome stay! House was beautiful, and as described. We would have enjoyed some pool toys/floats, to be available at house.
Steps beach was our favorite, with clear water and sandy beaches with shade.
We also loved Cafe 2 go, coffee truck and visited every morning that we could.

Perfectly located, clean, very safe house. The host is very responsive and responsible. This is the best place my family and I have stayed in Rincon! Definitely will book it again!
